  1.   Messages in Mail> are visible only to sender and recipient. 
  2.   If you enter a message in the Mail> room, Citadel-86 will prompt you 
  3. for the name of the recipient.   If Citadel-86 does not know anyone by that
  4. name, then the message will be refused
  5.  (NOTE: This is NOT true of network mail).
  6. If you have mail waiting, it can be read using the usual commands.
  7.  Some Citadel-86 systems may only allow mail to the SysOp; see ".Help POLICY". 
  8.  "Goto" will find new messages in Mail> just as it 
  9. finds new messages in any other room. 
  10.  General complaints, comments and requests should be addressed to "Sysop".
